Are there any tasks I can't brief my Doer in?
The following are the tasks that are out of scope for your Doer:
- Copywriting (they can assist with researching content for a blog, for example, but they are not trained copywriters)
- Facebook ad creation (they can track the results of a Facebook ad campaign and provide relevant reporting, but they cannot create the actual ad)
- Marketing/Business strategy
- Bookkeeping/Accounting
- Taking and making phone calls
- Advanced video editing
- Advanced web development
- Ad development
- Working outside of their scheduled hours (an hour or so every now and then, within reason, is fine - but not weekends or overtime).
Please see the Briefing Toolkit for a detailed list of tasks you can outsource to your Doer.
If you need further assistance, please forward your queries to founders@outsourceddoers.com.
