Are there any tasks I can't brief my Doer in?

The following are the tasks that are out of scope for your Doer:

  • Copywriting (they can assist with researching content for a blog, for example, but they are not trained copywriters)
  • Facebook ad creation (they can track the results of a Facebook ad campaign and provide relevant reporting, but they cannot create the actual ad)
  • Marketing/Business strategy
  • Bookkeeping/Accounting
  • Taking and making phone calls 
  • Advanced video editing 
  • Advanced web development
  • Ad development
  • Working outside of their scheduled hours (an hour or so every now and then, within reason, is fine - but not weekends or overtime).
