Billing FAQ

Updating your Credit Card

You can update your Credit Card details online following this link.

Just jump on over and proceed by clicking the "Pay With Credit Card" option. The balance will be $0 and this won't charge you anything, it's just a way of getting your details securely into our system without having to do it over the phone or sending your private info via email. 

Also, please let us know through email which primary card to use, or if we do need to delete the cards on your file to avoid issues in the future.

Billings

  • International Transactions Fees
    • We are based in Australia so it can be classed as an international transaction that is applied by individual banks, which we can't control, and it can be different for everyone. The best way would be to check with your bank about the additional charge. It could also be written in the T&C's of your bank that there may be an additional fee for international transactions. We advise using banks with USD currency to avoid these.

  • Payment Options (Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, etc.)
    • We do accept PayPal Invoices for your deposits, however, we highly discourage it for our monthly payments as we only use Stripe on our automated payment collection system. 
    • Unfortunately, we don’t accept credit cards other than Visa, MasterCard, and AmEx.

  • Invoices
    • We only issue invoices after payment, not the other way around. 

  • Billing Adjustment for Rematch
    • During a Rematch process, we don’t bill you for the time you were without a doer but make sure to consult your Onboarding Manager/Client Success Manager to avoid confusion

  • Payment Plan Options
    • If you have issues in paying your monthly payment, we do offer Payment Plans. Kindly consult your Onboarding Manager/Client Success Manager to discuss the plan that will fit your needs.

  • Last Payment for Cancellation
    • Kindly refer to your Service Agreement Clause 15.

  • Refunds
    • Our refunds will usually be 2 - 10 business days depending on your bank. Also, our system only issues refunds to the mode of payment you used to make your payment, not to your bank account.
    • Also, note that we will not be held liable for the (international bank) fees incurred by your bank in regards to the refund as bank fees are beyond our control.
