Can I Send Physical Gifts To My Doer?

Rewarding your Doer for a job well done or after achieving a new milestone together is a great way to boost their morale and show your appreciation.

We would love to assist you in organizing physical gifts for your Doer, however, this option is not available for the following reasons:

  1. The Customs process can be challenging and often times, goods get stuck in the process for a long time. There were instances before when Doers receive physical packages months after the supposed delivery date because of this reason.
  2. The Customs will most likely charge an import tax on the value of the goods, which will then need to be paid locally in the Philippines. Currently, we do not have a team that handles these kinds of transactions that require them to be traveling on field, all of our staff in the Philippines work from home.
  3. Lastly, although it not as strict as before, there are still pandemic restrictions in the Philippines that makes it hard to deliver physical gifts.

For now, you can send your Doer digital gifts and we are sure they will be as thankful and happy!

You can check out the process of giving digital gifts here.
