Can I Send Physical Gifts To My Doer?

Rewarding your Doer for a job well done or after achieving a new milestone together is a great way to boost their morale and show your appreciation.

We would love to assist you in organizing physical gifts for your Doer.
If you’d like to send swag or a gift, we’ll first check with your Doer to make sure they’re comfortable sharing their home address. With their consent, we’ll pass their details directly to you so you can ship the package.

Please note: packages sent to the Philippines may face customs delays, and if the declared value is above PHP 10,000 (about USD 175), import taxes can apply. Even for lower-value items, small handling fees may be charged, which your Doer would need to cover upon delivery. For this reason, we recommend keeping items lightweight and low in value (e.g. T-shirts, mugs, notebooks). High-value items like electronics are not advised, as taxes and delays can be significant.

Our company does not handle, store, or distribute gifts — the shipment is arranged directly between you and your Doer.

On the other hand, you can also send your Doer digital gifts. You can check out the process of giving digital gifts here.
