Can my Doer work with my other team members?

One of the Core Values of Outsourced Doers is 'We Are Stronger As A Team' because we believe that everything is work-out-able if we work together, so we highly encourage collaboration between peers.

This is a value that we want to share and instill in our Founders.  We therefore highly recommend that your team members work with your Doer.

Although your Doer is working on the other end of the world, you are expected to treat your Doer as your own employee; include them in team meetings, celebrate victories with them, and let them participate in the discussions.

Although they are expected to work with your team members, your Doer will still be under your supervision as the Founder and they will rely on you when it comes to directions.

If you are delegating the task of briefing your Doer to another team member, make sure you are still overseeing the process or discuss the channel of communication ahead to prevent confusion and so your Doer does not feel like they are being passed around.

We also encourage other members of your team to watch the Mini Masterclasses in your Outsourced Doers portal, if they will be working directly with your Doer on a consistent basis so they are familiar with the best practices of briefing your Doer effectively.

If you have further questions about this topic, please feel free to contact us through the portal's chat.
