Doer Dream Program

The Doer Dream program is an employee empowerment program to make the workplace more purposeful and to truly make a difference in the lives of our valued employees.

Each month, Doers and support staff submit their dreams, some examples include: 

  • Surgery or health treatments
  • Schooling assistance
  • A family holiday
  • Meeting a personal hero 
  • Household renovations

Each month, a secret committee in HQ comes together to go through all submissions which are then submitted to the Director of Operations for approval. Once approved, measures are put in place to ensure that the dream comes true.

The winner is then announced at the End of Month celebration and included in the Founder Bulletin.
