Doer Overtime

Doer Overtime

We strongly believe that overtime is not a standard expectation from our Doers, if you find yourself or your Doer needing to submit overtime regularly, please consider reaching out to us to discuss growing your team.

In the instance that your Doer needs to work overtime for a launch or a specific deliverable, we require you to follow the following process:

  • Gather written consent from your Doer
  • Send your request to founders@outsourceddoers.com for approval one week in advance, please include the written consent from your Doer.

Given that any approved overtime will not be paid, a Founder must provide a day in lieu for their Doer in the following working week.

Please keep in mind that your Doer is not required to work overtime and is within their rights to refuse this request.

If you need further assistance, please forward your queries to founders@outsourceddoers.com.
