Doer Payroll

Doers are paid on a fortnightly basis on a Friday. Salaries are credited directly into their OD payroll bank account. 

All salaries are based on the Doer’s attendance which is captured with the use of our attendance monitoring system tool called Sprout.

The Doer’s attendances and leave applications are recorded in Sprout, and approved by their respective Doer Success Leaders.
