How do I use Basecamp?

Basecamp is a great tool for project management and team communication. We included this in your package (for free!) because we want everything organized and smooth for you and your Doer. Success seems more achievable if you're on top of things, right? 

Basecamp Access and Adding Team Members

We'll set up your Basecamp for you, so you will receive your access to Basecamp the week before your Launch Date. This will be sent to you through email directly from Basecamp, so please check your inbox and spam messages. 

Because we want everything to be in one place, we also allow Founders to add their team members on Basecamp so you can delegate tasks and communicate with the whole team on one platform. To add team members on Basecamp, you will need to send their names and email addresses to founders@outsourceddoers.com

Please remember that we can only limit up to 2 Basecamp projects created for the Founder as part of the free package. 

Automated Check-ins

Regularly checking-in with your team is one of the best practices that you can do for your business. The only challenge is to be consistent, so we set-up automated check-ins for you. There are three questions that your Doer needs to answer throughout their shift, these are shown in the examples below:



This way, you can track your Doer's progress within their shift and we can also help them right away if they have any challenges. 

Assigning Tasks 

Basecamp may seem intimidating at first glance, but it is actually very easy to navigate. To add tasks, you just have to click on the To-do's on the right side of your Basecamp's homepage just above the Docs & Files, as shown in the example below:



Then, choose which type of task you want to delegate and click on the 'Add a To-Do' button:



Finally, add the details of the task and assign it to your Doer (or any of your team members). Don't forget to add the due date.



Once that is done, your Doer can work on that task and you can monitor the progress of the task.
