As soon as the Doer is hired, they will be required to attend the New Employee Orientation (NEO) that takes place on their first day of Training.

During the NEO, Doers are made aware of their employment terms which includes the following:

  1. About OD
  2. Employee Compensation and Benefits
  3. Company Policy

The HR Team starts giving support as soon as they are onboarded to training. The following are OD’s HR Support:

  1. Payroll
  2. Statutory and OD Benefits
  3. Employee Relations
  4. Employee Engagement
  5. Employee Database
  6. Offboarding

Doers can easily reach out to the HR Team for any support through the HR Helpdesk or other channels such as Slack and email.
