Offboarding Checklist

Offboarding Checklist

Starting your Offboarding Process

At Outsourced Doers, we are committed to providing you with exceptional support throughout your time with us. This article walks you through our recommended offboarding practice so that your time with your Doer is finalised smoothly.

My Offboarding Checklist:

  • Discovery Call with a member of the Client Success Team
  • Doer informed of our last day of work together
  • Doer briefed to provide a status report

For Myself and my Doer:

When offboarding, we need to know what our employees are doing and how they are doing these tasks so that we can allocate these tasks to other resources in the team. Consider:

  • Business as Usual responsibilities,
  • Project based tasks (these will be on your Build list),
  • Maintenance items (these will be on your Release list),
  • All of these items have been outlined and handed over with instructions on how best to action them.

Final 7 Day Checkpoint

  • All of my resources are saved on my own servers,
  • My Doer's login details have been revoked where necessary,
  • My Doer has completed their handover of tasks.

The Client Success team is here to help if you need it, please feel free to reach out.

If you need further assistance, please forward your queries to founders@outsourceddoers.com.
