Rematching With a New Doer

Rematching With a New Doer

It is our goal at Outsourced Doers to match our Founders with a skilled Doer to whom they can outsource components of the day to day running of their business, with confidence and ease. We understand however that sometimes this professional relationship may require some work, and in rare instances, a change. This is where we are able to offer you a rematch.

How long will the rematching process take?

When we undertake a rematch, we request that the Founder fill out a new Business Brief, to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information on your Doer requirements. This also gives you a chance to make amendments, as your goals/systems/preferences may have changed. As soon as we have received your updated Business Brief, we can commence the rematching process.

From here, our Matching Team will find you a Doer who best suits your needs, both professionally and personally. We anticipate having a rematch confirmed for you within two business days upon request and after which, the newly placed Doer will then start their training to tailor-fit with your business requirements. After this training, you can then start to work with your new Doer. From the time of receiving your new Doers name to the launch date is normally a 2-4 week turnaround.

Why did the Doer's previous Founder cancel?

The reason behind the previous Founder having canceled their contract with the Doer could have been anything from not having enough work to sustain a full-time worker, or scaling back their business to spend more time with family. Know that your rematched Doer has strong and positive feedback from the time they spent with their last Founder. We guarantee that all our Tenured Doers have recently passed our assessment and Training and come highly recommended.

Do I have to onboard my new Doer?

As with any new staff member, you will have to onboard them. The week prior to your new Doer commencing with you, they will undertake further training in any areas you have specified in your Business Brief. This week is covered by Outsourced Doers and is of no extra cost to the Founder.

During the training, we will be able to facilitate a Connect Call between yourself and the new Doer where you may introduce yourselves, so you can hit the ground running on your first day together. From this first day together, it will be important for you to go through your regular onboarding process, get their accesses organized and provide them with detail about what you do and what they will be doing for you.

What happens if my Doer resigns?

At Outsourced Doers, we understand that although we would love to keep our Doers onboard forever, life happens, and sometimes it is necessary for them to move on to the next adventure, whether that be that their excellent skill set is in demand in an area specific to their formal education and training, or that they wish to start a family! Therefore, we do sometimes have to say goodbye to our Doers. In this case, we will undertake a rematch, with the aim to have a new Doer in place for a seamless transition; keeping in mind that we are unable to guarantee a specific time frame, as we are after the perfect match, not the first available match.

How many times can I rematch?

At Outsourced Doers we offer a maximum of two rematches, at the request of the Founder. There may be, however, extenuating circumstances (such as Doer resignation or illness) that could lead to a Founder having more than two rematches, due to the reasoning being outside of the control of the Founder and/or Outsourced Doers.
