Activtrak is a monitoring tool which helps us make sure that you and your Doer can utilize and maximize the time that you are intended to work together daily. Because we are currently not in an office setting, this will keep Doers responsible and mindful of how they manage their time daily. 

What are the benefits of ActivTrak? 

We have Real Time Analysts that can utilize this tool to determine if your Doer is experiencing any internet outages, which will then enable us to communicate with you and notify you when your Doer can be back online.

Additionally, if we notice that your Doers are highly utilized, it may be time for us to have a conversation about expanding your team! 

Does ActivTrak impact my privacy? 

The simple answer to this question is No. This software does not capture or store screenshots, private information or keystrokes. The only captured information is the URL (web address) and a time stamp which allows us to track productivity and efficiency. 

Can my team of Doers listen to music on YouTube while they work? 

We love listening to music and podcasts while we work, and understand that your Doer might use this to get in the zone too. For this reason, we use a common sense approach when reviewing your Doer's ActivTrak information. 

For example, if a whole day was spent on YouTube, but there were jumps between Wordpress or Canva alongside this, common sense would depict that your Doer was using Youtube to stay focused with their favourite artists. 

What if my Business Specific tasks are flagged as unproductive?

We also take the common sense approach for business specific tasks, our team will always ask for clarification where we need any more information from you. We will make sure to do investigation before jumping into any conclusions.

Will this software impact my Doer's internet speed? 

We have used Activtrak now for a number of years and we have not experienced any significant impacts experienced on Internet bandwidth or computer speed. This is largely due to the fact that the platform is not capturing screenshots or imagery.
