Where is my Doer located? Do they work from home or an office?

Our Doers are recruited in the Philippines - a bustling developing economy located in the Asia-Pacific region and is one of the world's leading global centres for Outsourcing and offshore operations.  In recent history, the Philippines has been closely aligned to the United States and as such, English is one of the most widely spoken languages throughout the whole country.  Within the Philippines, we source our Doers from key areas known for their people’s talent in Digital marketing, with high levels of education and infrastructure.

The COVID-19 pandemic, it has led to significant changes to expectations and requirements of flexible working arrangements.  All of our Doers work virtually from home - a great benefit to promote better, more healthy work and lifestyle balance.  This has the added benefit of reducing the travel time to and from work as well as reducing the risk of exposure to issues such as COVID-19.  Our Doers love the Work from Home arrangements and in turn is enabling us to hire the best possible candidates above other companies who require employees to be in a physical office.

A requirement of all of our employees is to have stable broadband access to the internet from their homes, and the Philippines as a country is adapting to work from home demands and is continually upgrading their telecommunications infrastructure.  As with any country, there may be factors outside of their control which may impact their internet connection - during these short periods of time, we suggest recording your screen in ‘Loom’ and sending your Doer an explainer video. Loom is an easy and free screen recorder - you simply open it up and hit record to capture your screen and voice as you work through and explain a task. It then supplies you a link to the video that you can send to anyone to watch. Visit loom.com
