Will my Doer have a Performance Review?
Performance Reviews are important to ensure our Doers understand what they’re doing well, and what they need to improve on and enable them to have clear, stepped goals for them to be the best possible Doer.
Your Doer and their Doer Success Leader (DSL) will have a formal Performance Review every three months which is a great way to understand how their performance has been over the past three months and align on what is expected of them over the next three months. Your Doer will also submit a Done Report every 30 days once you've started working together.
Feedback from key stakeholders is important in this process, so any feedback that you might have (whether it be good or constructive) is great for us to use as a basis to coach and align to drive better performance.
