Aside from this, you can go ahead and run through the webinar topic with your Doer before the live session. If your webinar is a recorded one, you can create a script with a specific time stamp that your Doer can follow along as the webinar is on-going.
Please note that we highly discourage our Doers to work on a weekend, so if your webinar falls on a weekend, you can assign tasks to your Doer that will help you with the preparations.
