How do I train my Doer in business specific tasks or tools?
Throughout your Doer's 4-Week Training, they are trained in our 6 Compulsory Doer Badges. You can read more about the 6 Compulsory Badges here:
6 Compulsory Badges
After you launch with your Doer, you can train them to learn ‘business-specific’ tasks using certain software and applications outside of what we teach. To proceed, we have two (2) suggestions that could help you:
- The easiest way to do this is to record a video of your screen using the Loom extension in your browser. While recording, you can walk your Doer through the process and explain every step while at it. This lets them watch the way you’re thinking through the process.
- Alternatively, you are also very much welcome to set up external training for your Doer on these tools, following Launch day.
