Cancelling your Subscription to Outsourced Doers
In the event that you find yourself looking to cancel your subscription for any reason, you will need to:
Send your Cancellation Notice by emailing us at founders@outsourceddoers.com , you are required to give a minimum 30-day notice and one final billing cycle as per your Service agreement.
Jump on a call with our Client Success Team to discuss your final billing, tasks, and the next steps of the offboarding process. We have prepared an Offboarding Checklist to guide you as well.
Important Reminders:
- As per the Services Agreement (Schedule 1, Item 4), to terminate the agreement at the end of your minimum term, advanced written notice of at least 30 days prior must be given, so we can facilitate a smooth offboarding process for you and your account.
- Cancellation and refund are not applicable during your initial minimum term. If you have any issues with your Doer within this period, you can reach out to our Support Channels for support and assistance.
- If the effectivity of your 30-day Cancellation Notice falls beyond the coverage of your current billing cycle, you will still be billed a full month's worth of subscription as stated in the contract ( Section 14.5 a (i) ). For example, if your next billing is on August 18th and you sent your Cancellation Notice on July 30th, your Cancellation Notice is taken from the day you give notice (July 30th) However you will need to see out one final billing cycle, due to be billed on August 18th and covering you until September 17th. In this case, you have the option to keep your Doer until September 17th to maximize your final payment.
If you need further assistance, please forward your queries to founders@outsourceddoers.com.
