My Doer has not show up to work, what do I do?

Doers not showing up to work rarely happens, but when it does, there are various possible reasons that we should look at. If your Doer hasn't shown up for work in time, you can ping the Client Experience Team via Basecamp or email  Founders@outsourceddoers.com so we can investigate.

Internet Connection or Power Interruption issue is one of the most common, these commonly occur especially if there are storms or typhoons in the Philippines. Unlike other countries, the Philippines still has overhead cables providing electrical power or telecommunications, so when they are hit by strong typhoons there is a high possibility that these cables are affected.

Most, if not all, internet connection and power interruption issues are resolved within 12-24 hours

In this case, Doers are encouraged to have backup mobile data or to relocate to a cafĂ© or a co-working space in the area.

If your Doer is experiencing this problem, our Team will let you know and you can talk to us about how you would like your Doer to compensate for the lost hours. For example, if your Doer was not able to work for 4 hours, you can ask your Doer to extend 2 hours for 2 days to compensate for the time. Please note that we discourage having your Doer work on a weekend.

Here is some further information on our policy regarding Internet Issues for your reference.

If you have concerns about your Doer's absenteeism, please feel free to contact us at any time via Basecamp or email us at Founders@outsourceddoers.com. We will take immediate action upon receipt of your message. Alternatively, you can also reach out to us through the chat feature on the portal.
